Comments: Fairhaven has a variety of floor plans including 2-3 bed homes with 1.5 baths measuring approximately 1,550 square feet in size. There is also a floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 bath homes measuring approximately 1650 sqft. All of these homes include a single car garage, covered front and back porches. The development is located on a private dead end road with a creek, access to bike paths and a private park.
