Work Includes: 31 unit affordable rental housing development for individuals and families. The 19 units in the original 1950's era apartment complex were totally rehabilitated;, replacing nearly all interior components , repainting and re-roofing the exteriors, fixing critical health and safety problems and reshaping the site and landscaping. Also added were 12 new apartment units and a community center in a new building to provide housing with services for persons with developmental disabilities.
