It is built on wood-frame construction with Hardi-siding, brick veneer finish and built-up roof.  Apartment units are available in 2-bedroom/1-bath, 2-bedroom/2-bath, and 3-bedroom/2-bath floor plans.The complex includes a leasing office, business center, and community room.

This project is funded primarily by the Oregon Housing & Community Services Agency through the Federal Tax Credit Program.
