Project Description: Interior and Exterior Remodel

Work includes: Meili Construction was the General Contractor of this extensive remodel which involved creating a new parking lot, remodeling the existing covered front entrance and building a new cover for the south entrance. On the interior, the Sub Acute Unit was completely remodeled, including the Therapy Room and connected nurses stations and support offices. The front lobby also received a complete remodel, adding a Bistro and Fire Place to create a warm and inviting space. New in wall heating and air conditioning was added to each of the resident rooms throughout the facility. The remainder of the building received new floor coverings, new paint and new crown molding to update the entire building.
