Work Includes: This building is being built on the Roseburg Fairgrounds and is intended to be used as an Expo Center. The building is constructed of Structural Steel and the exterior will include Metal Siding and a CMU wainscot. The interior includes a large exhibit area, a Commercial Kitchen and Administrative Office Spaces.
