SVDP – Junction City Retail Store

St. Vincent de Paul’s Junction City Retail Store was completed at the end of April in 2015. This job was a commercial tenant infill that refaced the former location of Gibson Motors and gave SVdP a new retail location as well as the construction of a new loading dock for donations. The project consisted of exterior site improvements such as demolition of existing asphalt, construction of new sidewalks, reconfiguration of parking lots, and the installation of landscaping and irrigation. Interior improvements include demolition of interior and exterior concrete walls, envelope improvements for energy efficiency, structural improvements, new mechanical and plumbing systems, and interior finishes.

This location is a full-service retail store for SVdP. It had its grand opening in May 2015.
