The Commons is a multi-family housing complex on MLK in Eugene, Oregon. The 51 unit housing complex will provide support for homeless individuals in the Eugene area. Using the Housing First model, the Commons will provide a home for individuals who need permanent housing and support. The project broke ground in Novmeber 2019 and has a project completion in 2020.
