Chase Medical

Chase Gardens Medical Buildings A & B were Design-Build projects completed in 2010. Meili Construction was the CM/GC. Building A is a 56,000 sq. ft., two story medical facility, which houses (9) different medical practices, including General Practitioners, Specialists, Medical Laboratories & Medical Surgery. Building B is an 86,250 sq. ft., three story medical facility housing (11) different medical practices.

Both buildings have photovoltaic solar panels added to the roofing system. The build-out of the suites was often done while the surrounding areas were occupied and operational – highlighting Meili’s efficiency and knowledge of construction in occupied spaces. Both of the shell buildings and the suites were built on schedule and under budget, resulting in savings that were issued back to the Owner at project completion.
