Oregon Neurology Clinic

This new medical clinic that created space for a Neurology Practice as well as a Physical Therapy Gym/Office was built using a CM/GC Contract. The Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler systems were a “design-built” by those specific trades.The interior was custom built to the operations of the Neurology and Physical Therapy practices The exterior of the building is a unique combination of stucco, brick and nichiha prefabricated panels capped with a unique metal sunshade covering the expansive storefront windows.
