Richardson Bridge Apartments Rehab

This project was an interior and exterior renovation of 8 – 2 and 3 bedroom townhouse style apartment buildings, a community center and manager’s office as well as an addition of an ADA unit and storage room. Work included removal and replacement of siding, windows and roofing, paving and re-grading of parking areas, interior unit remodeling, new playground and landscaping.
