The Myrtlewood is a 35 unit affordable housing project built in 2018. This 4-Story building features a community room, high efficiency LED lighting, new Energy Star appliances, heat pump mini split heating system in each unit, a full rainscreen siding system, and an on-site rain garden.
The community space incorporated on-site laundry, a community kitchen, and bike lockers. The individual units include an intercom entry system for security, electronically locked doors, and a full CCTV camera security system.
