Bascom Village, which is a partnership between St Vincent de Paul and HACSA, is a two phase development located in North Eugene. Once finished in October 2015, it achieve a Platinum rating from Earth Advantage for green building, the highest rating of its kind.
Phase I, which broke ground in the summer of 2014, constructs 53 of the overall 101 units.
The overall development consists of flats, two-story townhouse style duplexes, three-story apartment buildings and two community centers.
Meili Construction has been selected as GC for both phases of construction. Phase 2 broke ground fall 2015.
