Sheldon Village Apartments

Sheldon Village Apartments is an affordable housing development in Eugene built for Homes for Good. Meili Construction first built this complex in 2002, and then revisiting the site in 2019 for an exterior remodel and improvement. The original development consists of 13 buildings, including one bedroom apartments, two and three bedroom townhouse apartments and a Community Building for residents to enjoy. The exterior improvement included residing of all the buildings, as well as new decks and other renovations.
